 Delwran Small in Brooklyn New York, (unarmed) was shot and killed by off duty officer, Wayne Issacs

Witnesses say Delwran got out of his car yelling at Issacs  for cutting him off..and thats when Officer Isaacs pulled out a gun and shot Delwran twice in the abdomen. ” 

 Alton Sterling, a black man shot several times while being held on the ground by police outside a Louisiana convenience store...

Philando Castile,  was shot by an officer in Minnesota when he reached for his wallet to show his license.
